Monthly score (Bonus)
How each person's punctuality score is calculated, what it really measures, and how the honor board works.
Updated on
The monthly score is a simple way to see punctuality when closing checklists. It is not a judgment on your work, just a data point about the pace. We explain how it is calculated, what it means, and where you can see it.
The formula, in plain terms
Each checklist you close adds points based on the moment you sign it. Clear as that:
| Result | Points |
|---|---|
| On time | 1 |
| Late | 0.5 |
| No completada (not completed) | 0 |
The formula is: 100 × (on time + 0.5 × late) / closed.
All checklists for the month that have already been closed are included (signed on time, signed late, or closed as “No completada”). “No completada” checklists add 0 and therefore lower the score. For example, with 10 closed checklists —8 on time and 2 late— the score is 100 × (8 + 1) / 10 = 90; if 2 of those 10 had been left uncompleted, the grade would drop.
What it measures and what it does NOT measure
This score measures only the punctuality of closing. It does not measure the quality of the work or the effort you put into each task. It is an honest and limited measure, and that is how we present it: it serves to see whether the team meets the times, not to evaluate whether the work was done well.
The honor roll
The honor roll highlights at most 3 active people. To appear, you need two conditions: a score of 90 or more and having closed at least 8 checklists in the month.
The general table is deliberately in alphabetical order. It is not a ranking: the score accompanies, it does not classify. This way we avoid unnecessary comparisons and the focus stays on your individual improvement.
Where each person sees it
The manager sees it in Bonificación (Bonus). Each employee sees their own in the employee portal, in Tu puntuación del mes (Your monthly score).
Important: today it is informational (v0). There are no redeemable points or associated payments. It is simply a data point so that each person knows where they are and can improve if needed.
Frequently asked questions
How is the score calculated?
It is calculated with the formula 100 × (on time + 0.5 × late) / closed. A checklist signed on time adds 1 point, a checklist signed late adds 0.5, and one marked No completada adds 0.
Does the score measure the quality of the work?
No. It measures only the punctuality of closing checklists. It does not evaluate whether the work was done well, only whether it was done on time. It is an honest and limited measure.
Why is the table in alphabetical order?
So that it is not a ranking. The score accompanies each person, but it does not classify anyone. The goal is individual improvement, not competition between employees.
