The employee portal is your team’s gateway to the day’s checklists. No app or email needed: each employee opens their location’s link, types their PIN, and sees what they have to do. Here’s how it works on the inside.
Logging in with the PIN
The employee enters through their location’s portal link. That link is available in the location details, with a QR code for easy access from any device.
Then they just type their 4-digit PIN. Each employee has their own, so even if they share a device, each one sees their own checklists.
No app: it works in the browser
There’s nothing to install. The portal works in the browser of any mobile, tablet, or computer.
The most common practice is to leave the link open on the location’s shared tablet. Each employee identifies with their PIN when they arrive and their day is ready.
The session lasts 12 hours; after that time, the portal asks for the PIN again.
The day’s checklists: «Mías» and «Todas»
When entering, the employee sees their name, the date, and the day’s checklists in two tabs:
- «Mías» (Mine): the checklists assigned to them, under their responsibility, or to their work area.
- «Todas» (All): all the location’s checklists, so they can see the full context of the day.
Each checklist contains tasks and, if applicable, record logs with numeric values. The employee completes them and uses the «Enviar lista» (Send checklist) button when finished.
Their monthly score
In the «Tu puntuación del mes» (Your monthly score) section, the employee sees two data points: their monthly punctuality and their compliance over the last 30 days.
This way they know if they’re closing their checklists on time. It’s a clear way for each team member to know their progress without surprises.
