Compliance metrics and reports

The calendar of the last 92 days, the breakdown by status, the ranking by location, and filterable reports with CSV export.

Updated on

Metrics and reports let you see at a glance how your business is performing in terms of checklist completion. With this data, you can spot deviations, reward the locations that perform best, and correct what isn’t working.

The compliance calendar

The Métricas (Metrics) screen includes a calendar showing the last 92 days. Each day is color-coded based on checklist compliance across your locations. This way, you can see at a glance whether a day went particularly well or if there was a specific issue.

Breakdown by status and by location

Next to the calendar, you’ll find a chart showing the breakdown of checklists by status. The possible statuses are:

StatusMeaning
Conforme (On time)The checklist was completed correctly within the deadline
Retrasada (Late)The checklist was completed outside its time slot, within the late margin
No completada (Not completed)The checklist was never completed
Pendiente (Pending)The checklist is still within its execution window

In addition, Métricas (Metrics) gives you a comparison across your locations. This lets you quickly identify which ones are performing best and which ones need more attention.

Reports and their shortcuts

While Métricas (Metrics) gives you an overall view, the Reportes (Reports) screen provides the detail, checklist by checklist. To help you find what you’re looking for quickly, there are six filtering shortcuts:

  • Todas (All): shows all checklists.
  • No completadas (Not completed): filters to show only those that weren’t completed.
  • Retrasadas (Late): shows only those completed outside their time slot.
  • Excepciones (Exceptions): checklists with at least one task marked as «No aplica» (Not applicable) or «No se puede» (Can’t be done).
  • Pendientes de aprobación (Pending approval): checklists waiting for a manager to review them.
  • Comentarios (Comments): checklists that include employee comments.

These shortcuts let you jump straight to the issue without having to go through the entire history.

Exporting to CSV

Both Métricas (Metrics) and Reportes (Reports) let you export the data to a CSV file. This way, you can work with it in your favorite spreadsheet or share it with whoever you need to.

Keep in mind that the CSV you export from Métricas (Metrics) is an aggregated summary of the business. It doesn’t include per-person detail, since its purpose is to give you an overall picture of compliance, not individual tracking. If you need that level of detail, use the export from Reportes (Reports), which does include the filtered detail.
