Your Summary Dashboard, Explained
What the Summary screen tells you each morning: the day's traffic light, what's pending review, records, and corrective actions.
Updated on
Your Resumen (Summary) panel is the first thing you see when you enter Timlup. It gives you a quick snapshot of how the day is going: which checklists are signed, which ones are running late, what record logs there are, and whether you have anything pending review. You don’t need to check each location one by one; here you have what matters at a glance.
The day’s traffic light
The Resumen groups today’s checklists by their status. Each status has a color so you can identify it at a glance:
- Conforme (on time; green): the checklist was signed on time.
- Retrasada (late): it was signed, but within the allowed delay margin.
- No completada (not completed): the checklist was closed without being signed.
- Pendiente (Pending): it hasn’t been signed or closed yet.
This way you know whether the day is going as planned or whether you need to take action at any location.
Pendientes de revisión (Pending review)
Some checklists are set up so the manager gives their approval after the employee signs them. Those checklists appear in the Pendientes de revisión section. If you see any there, it means it’s waiting for your review. They don’t archive themselves: you need to review them and give your approval to close the process.
Today’s record logs
Record logs are tasks with a numeric value, such as a temperature. In the Resumen you’ll see the values recorded today. If any of them falls outside the minimum–maximum range you defined for the task, the panel itself alerts you so you know without having to open each checklist.
In addition, the evidence photos uploaded by employees are also shown in the Resumen. This way you can verify at a glance that the work has been done, without going into each checklist.
Corrective actions
If there are open corrective actions, they appear in the Resumen so they don’t get forgotten. It’s a direct reminder: you have something pending to resolve. You can access them from there and manage them whenever you want.
If you’re missing something to set up
When you haven’t yet completed the basic setup (a location, a team, or your first checklist), the Resumen shows you a getting-started guide. That guide includes shortcuts to add what’s missing, so you don’t have to search through the panel. Once you have everything ready, the guide disappears and you’ll see the day’s traffic light as normal.
Frequently asked questions
What does each color of the traffic light mean?
Green is Conforme (signed on time), amber is Retrasada (signed within the margin), and red is No completada (closed without signing). Pendientes are still within deadline and carry no alarm color.
What does “pending review” mean?
These are checklists that the employee has already signed, but that are set up for the manager to give their approval. Until you review them, they remain in that section waiting for your action.
Where do I see the photos that employees upload?
In the Resumen itself, alongside the record logs and the day’s checklists. If an employee has uploaded an evidence photo, you’ll see it there directly, without having to go into the checklist.
What are corrective actions?
They are tasks or issues that have been flagged to correct something that went wrong. If any are open, they appear in the Resumen so you don’t miss them. You can manage them from there and close them once they’re resolved.
