A list is not showing today: why and what to do
The five common reasons why a list has not been generated today, and how to check them in a minute.

Have you ever found that a checklist you expected to be generated isn’t showing up today? Don’t worry, it’s usually easy to fix. Here are the five most common reasons and how to check them in under a minute.
Check this first
- Open the Listas (Lists) screen and find the checklist in question. Check its status: if it shows as «Borrador» (Draft) or «Archivada» (Archived), it won’t generate anything today. Also check it in Plantillas → Mías (Templates → Mine).
- If the checklist has a weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence, confirm that today actually matches (day of the week or month). A typical mistake is thinking it falls on Monday when it’s Tuesday.
- Check the location’s weekly schedule. If today is marked as closed, daily and simple weekly checklists are not generated.
- Make sure the checklist has at least one task. An empty checklist won’t generate the day’s checklist.
- If the employee doesn’t see it under «Mías» (Mine) but the checklist exists, check the assignment: work area, role, or specific person. Maybe they should see it under «Todas» (All).
Draft or archived
A checklist in draft or archived status won’t be generated. To fix it, go to Plantillas → Mías (Templates → Mine), find the checklist, and activate or unarchive it. Then go back to Listas (Lists) and verify it shows the correct status.
Not due today (recurrence)
If the recurrence is weekly, monthly, or yearly, the checklist is only generated on the days you’ve configured. For example, a weekly checklist that repeats on Mondays won’t appear on a Tuesday. Check the recurrence settings in the template and verify the exact day.
The location is closed today
In the location’s weekly schedule, if you’ve marked today as a closing day, daily and simple weekly checklists are not generated. Monthly or yearly checklists may behave differently, but daily and simple weekly ones depend directly on that schedule. If the location is open today, correct the schedule in Locales (Locations).
Generate manually
If everything above is fine but the checklist still doesn’t appear, you can force generation. Go to Listas (Lists) and press the «Generar listas de hoy» (Generate today’s checklists) button. This action creates the day’s checklists without risking duplicating existing ones. It’s the quickest way to get out of a bind.

Why doesn’t my checklist appear today?
The most common causes are: the checklist is in draft or archived status, the recurrence doesn’t match today, the location is closed, the checklist has no tasks, or the assignment doesn’t include the employee looking for it. Review the steps above in that order.
How do I force it to generate?
Use the «Generar listas de hoy» (Generate today’s checklists) button on the Listas (Lists) screen. It forces the generation of all of the day’s checklists without duplicating existing ones. It’s safe and you can use it whenever you want.
