Where to change company tax details, your name and position, password, and daily summary.

Here’s where you manage your company data and your personal profile. They are two different spaces: Empresa (Company) stores the tax and contact information, and Mi perfil (My profile) is only yours. Let’s take a look.
Company data
The Empresa screen stores the organization’s tax and contact details. This is where the information that identifies your business is kept.
Only the Owner and Administrators can edit this data.
To review it, go to Empresa from the dashboard. If you have permission, you can update the information directly.
Your personal profile
Mi perfil is your personal space. Here you manage:
- Your name.
- Your position.
- The daily summary toggle.
- The password change.
The daily summary sends you an email with the most important updates from your checklists. Turn it on or off whenever you want with this toggle.
Also, in Mi perfil you’ll find the Danger Zone. This is where you can delete the account. This option is only visible to the Owner. If you don’t have that role, you won’t see it.
Changing your password
Changing your password is quick. Go to Mi perfil and look for the password change option.
The system will ask you for two things:
- Your current password.
- Your new password.
Enter both and confirm the change. Choose a secure password that you don’t use on other sites.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I change the tax details?
On the Empresa screen, in the dashboard. Only the Owner and Administrators can edit it. If you don’t have those roles, you won’t be able to modify it.
How do I change my password?
Go to Mi perfil and use the change password option. It will ask for your current and new password. Fill them in and you’re done.
Who can edit the company?
Only the Owner and Administrators can edit the company’s data.
