The daily summary in your email

One email per day with your locations' end-of-day wrap-up: what was signed off, what was late, and what was left undone.

Updated on

The daily summary arrives in your email when your locations’ workday closes. At a glance, you’ll know which checklists were signed, which were late, and what was left undone. Turn it on in your profile and stop checking the panel at the end of the day.

Enabling it in your profile

The daily summary is its own switch, independent of Notificaciones (Notifications) alerts. Each manager decides whether to receive it or not: activation is per person, not per company.

To activate it:

  1. Go to Mi perfil (My profile).
  2. Find the daily summary switch.
  3. Turn it on and you’re done.

You can turn it off anytime by following the same steps. If you’re an Owner, Administrator, or Manager, the summary is yours and yours alone: it doesn’t affect other managers or employees.

What it includes

The summary does a daily close by organization and by location. It’s not a complete task list, but an overall status of how the day went.

You’ll find three blocks:

  • Conforme (on time) checklists: those signed within their time slot.
  • Retrasada (late) checklists: those completed, but out of time.
  • No completada (not completed) checklists: those left pending and not sent.

If you have several locations, the summary groups them so you can see each one’s situation. That way you quickly spot which location needs attention before the next workday begins.

When it arrives

The summary arrives once a day, and its cutoff is calculated in each location’s time zone: even if you have locations in different time zones, each one appears with the day that actually corresponds to it, without mixing hours from one and another.

Frequently asked questions

How do I enable the daily summary?

Go to Mi perfil, find the daily summary switch, and turn it on. Remember it’s independent of Notificaciones alerts, so you can have one on and the other off.

What time does it arrive?

Once a day. The daily cutoff is calculated in each location’s time zone, so the content always reflects the real day of each site.

What does the summary include?

A summary by organization and location with Conforme, Retrasada, and No completada checklists. It’s a quick look at the day’s status, without going into the detail of each task.

Can I enable it for all managers in my company?

No. Activation is individual. Each manager enables or disables theirs from Mi perfil. If a coworker wants to receive it, they have to turn it on themselves.
